Screw Capping Machine

Built for steady bottle closing on pharmaceutical, supplement, food, and daily chemical lines, this bottle screw capping machine reaches up to 60 bottles per minute while keeping each container accurately positioned by the star wheel. The buffered capping head absorbs impact during tightening, helping reduce damage to both caps and bottle bodies. This design supports better finished-product yield, especially when handling plastic or glass containers with different wall thicknesses or cap materials.

Safety protection is built into the full operating process. Multiple sensors check for no bottle at the infeed, outlet blockage, inaccurate positioning, tilted containers, and other abnormal conditions. Once a fault is detected, the system stops automatically to protect the equipment, containers, and operators. As a screw cap sealing machine, it supports cap diameters of Φ20–Φ60 mm, bottle heights of 45–120 mm, and bottle diameters of Φ20–Φ100 mm, covering round bottles, square bottles, and other stand-up container shapes.

Changeover is simple for factories running several product types. Operators can replace the capping head parts and star wheel according to the bottle and cap size, reducing downtime between batches. This automatic screw capping machine also uses high-quality core components, including Siemens PLC and touchscreen, TECO servo motor and driver, Festo cylinders, and Banner and Omron sensors for reliable long-term operation. It can be integrated after filling or counting stations for a smoother bottling workflow.
