Can I request a sample or trial run?
Of course! It is possible to send sample materials to be tested in our factory in your presence or via video call. This will help you make sure that the machine perfectly meets your needs before placing a final order.
What payment terms do you accept?
We usually require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation and the remaining 70% before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit) and Western Union payment methods. We can also provide flexible payment schedules for larger orders.
Do they provide installation and training?
Yes, our qualified engineers will carry out the installation, commissioning and training of the operating personnel on site. The training usually takes 3-7 days depending on the complexity of the machine. We also provide online video support.
Is it possible to customize the machines?
Yes, we can customize all of our machines to your specific needs. This includes customizing capacity, size, materials, and special features. Our engineering team will work closely with you to develop the perfect solution.
What kind of warranty do you offer for the machines?
All our machines are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty includes parts replacement and remote technical support. We offer discounted maintenance packages beyond the warranty period.
How is the delivery done and how long does it take?
Shipping is by sea or air, depending on your requirements. Production time is usually 30-60 working days from order confirmation. Sea shipping takes an additional 15-30 days depending on the destination. We also provide full customs clearance services.
