Bottle Screw Capping Machine

This automatic screw capping machine is built for bottle packaging lines that need stable cap feeding, accurate cap placement, and controlled tightening. With a production capacity of 40–60 bottles per minute, it is suitable for pharmaceutical, supplement, healthcare, and daily chemical bottle packaging applications where sealing consistency matters.

The machine uses a round vibratory cap sorting bowl to arrange caps automatically before feeding. Caps are guided in the correct direction and delivered into the chute in order, helping prevent reverse caps from entering the capping process. At the end of the chute, a robotic pick-and-place mechanism takes each cap and places it accurately onto the bottle mouth. This structure supports smooth operation and reduces common problems such as cap dropping, cap tilting, or inaccurate placement.

As a practical screw capper, the machine allows the capping torque to be adjusted according to different bottle caps and sealing requirements. It can help keep the cap tight enough for secure sealing while reducing the risk of thread damage, cap deformation, or over-tightening. The machine is also equipped with branded core components, including SIEMENS PLC and touchscreen, TECO servo motor and driver, FESTO cylinder, BANNER sensor, and OMRON sensor. These parts help the screw cap sealing machine run reliably in continuous production.
