The design purpose of this machine is to meet the needs of mass production, especially the use of planetary gear box forming turntable. According to the size of the paper box, the turntable can set multiple suction cup grippers to grasp the paper box. On the left side of the turntable, we designed a rapid prototyping device. When the turntable rotates anticlockwise, the captured carton collides with the forming device, and the forming process can be completed 80% ahead of time. The turntable then turns to the lower carton shaping rail to complete carton shaping. Through this practical patented turntable, the production speed of our machine can reach 265 boxes per minute.
